My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but I noticed a strange smell later attributed to a damp issue. The beds were uncomfortable, tilting towards the middle in the twin room, making it less than ideal. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, even amidst challenges, offering a welcoming environment. The location was convenient for my needs, with easy access to the city center, although the food quality was inconsistent. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel was a mix of good and not so good aspects. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities but the air conditioning made it freezing, which was a struggle when getting the kids ready after swimming. The service was very pleasant and helpful, making me feel welcomed, but some areas like dining and location left room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were kept very clean and had excellent facilities, which was great value for money considering it was a last-minute booking. Although there were some delays in room readiness, the staff were understanding and accommodating, especially on Boxing Day when they were quite busy.
